We aim to make returns easy while protecting the uniqueness of our handcrafted sculptures.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from a purchase within the statutory period. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

2. Return Period

  • Standard period: 14 days from receipt of the order.

4. Return Costs

  • The store covers return shipping for unused products.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
